By accessing and using Viralis ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Viralis is an AI-powered platform designed to help YouTube content creators optimize their content and grow their audience. Our services include: AI Thumbnail Generator, YouTube Channel Analyzer, Idea Engine, Content Repurposer, Clips (Shorts) Creator, and Creative Ads Generator. All features consume credits and are subject to your subscription plan limits.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updatd.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- ✓Use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with YouTube's Terms of Service
- ✓Not violate third parties' intellectual property rights in your generated content
- ✓Not distribute illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content through our platform
- ✓Not attempt to circumvent our security measures, rate limits, or subscription quotas
- ✓Not use the service for spamming, harassment, or automated abuse
- ✓Respect the credit allocations and rate limits of your subscription plan and purchased credit packs
- ✓Not share your account credentials or API access with unauthorized parties
- ✓Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Viralis platform, including all AI models, algorithms, user interface, features, and functionality, are the exclusive property of Viralis and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Viralis, including AI-generated thumbnails, videos, and text. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and annalyze your content solely to provide and improve our services. We do not claim ownership of your creations and will not use them for purposes outside of service delivery without your explicit consent. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription tiers: Pay-As-You-Go (includes 100 welcome credits to explore the platform), Creator Pro ($19/month with 3,800 credits, offering a 2x credit value bonus), and Viral Growth ($49/month with 12,000 credits, offering a 2.5x credit value bonus). Credits are consumed by AI generations and analyses (e.g., 20/thumbnail, 30/creative ad, 10/idea or script, 50/video minute). Permanent credit packs can be purchased anytime: $10 (1,000 credits), $25 (2,750 credits, +10%), and $50 (6,000 credits, +20%).
6.2 Billing
Payments are securely processed by Creem.io. You will be billed monthly according to your chosen plan, and your credit balance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings, and you may purchase extra credit packs whenever you need more capacity.
6.3 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Creator Pro and Viral Growth subscriptions (provided usage remains reasonable). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or the Pay-As-You-Go plan. Credits consumed during the refund period and PAYG credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support.
7.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viralis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or via a notification on our platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
